The Willow Dove Pugs website is designed to provide information about my breeding program, available puppies, breeding practices, as well as care recommendations presented on my website’s blog. It also serves as a platform for allowing inquiries/applications in order to acquire a puppy from my program.
2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3. Puppy Applications
Submitting an application via this Site does not guarantee the availability, reservation, or acquisition of a puppy/dog.
All hopeful adopters are subject to:
- Completion of my application process. Your legal ID must be provided to confirm identity. All provided information is kept strictly confidental to the best of my ability.
- Approval by Willow Dove Pugs to reserve a puppy/dog or join the waitlist.
- A signed contract, which outlines the terms of sale, payment, health guarantees, and return policies, applicable to be filled out during the acquisition of your puppy while meeting the breeder of Willow Dove Pugs OR completed in advance of acquisition to be digitally provided.
Willow Dove Pugs reserves the right to refuse the adoption of a puppy/dog to any individual at my sole discretion, particularly if I determine that the home may not be suitable for one of my dogs.
4. Health and Care Information
Any information provided on my Site about the care, training, or health of pugs/dogs is for general educational purposes only. Willow Dove Pugs holds no liability for the information provided and used.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, blogs, logos, images, videos, graphics, and other materials — is the exclusive property of Willow Dove Pugs unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. This property claim extends to all content shared by Willow Dove Pugs on public platforms including facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from my Site content, blog, or social media profiles without my written permission.
